These video games (“the games”) are provided by making-stuff.com (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the Godot games offered from making-stuff.com/video-games, including Break Out, Tic Tac Toe Survival, and the other titles on that page.

Short version

  • The games do not collect personal information.
  • There are no accounts, trackers, ads, or in-app purchases.
  • Nothing is sold. Nothing is shared with advertisers.
  • Play offline. Old school.

What the games do

These are small pixel-art games that run on your device. Gameplay (scores, levels, sound preferences, and similar state) may be stored locally on your phone, computer, or tablet so the game works the way you expect.

That local game state stays on your device. We do not run a cloud save service for these titles, and we do not upload your play data to our servers.

What we do not collect

We do not:

  • Create user accounts or ask you to sign in
  • Collect your name, email, phone number, or location
  • Use analytics or crash-reporting SDKs that send personal data to us
  • Show third-party advertising
  • Sell products or process payments inside these games
  • Sell or rent personal information (we don’t have it to sell)

Internet access

The games are designed to play without sending your data to us. A game may open a link to this website (for example making-stuff.com) if you choose that action in a menu. Opening a link uses your device’s normal browser; that is separate from the game collecting data about you.

Store platforms (such as Google Play, if a title is listed there) may process install and update information under their privacy policies. We do not receive personal profiles from those platforms for these games beyond what a store may show a developer in aggregate install statistics.

Children

These games are simple entertainment titles. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children because we do not collect personal information from players at all.

Data retention

Local scores and settings remain on your device until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall the game. We do not hold a copy of that information on our servers.

Changes

If our practices change (for example if a future update added online features), we will update this policy and the “Last updated” date. For these games as they are now: no collection, no selling.
